So its been a while since I've posted. I started out at 284 lbs (HW was 311). My VSG was 02/05/14 at 270 lbs and today I weigh 159.8. My goal weight is 147. I am so close!

GREAT JOB ! I also had surgery on Feb 5th and started out at 276 (HW of 334) and am at 182 right now. You're doing much better than me. I still have 25lbs to go and is going VERY slowly for new at this point. Congrats on sticking to your plan and on all your hard work.
