My first jeans
I've been AFK since I'm currently visiting my parents for more oncology stuff with my dad and posting from my phone can be annoying. However, I just had to share this.
Yesterday I had lunch at my mom's office with her coworkers, and I stopped by the upscale thrift store across the street afterward. I haven't worn jeans since May or so, because pants suck and are complicated. I switched to one size fits all boho skirts that I love.
But, yesterday, I felt inspired to get a pair of jeans since winter is coming. Optimistically, I pulled the three pairs of 16s to try and a pair fit perfectly!! Size 16!!! Wow. I started in a tight size 28.
My mind is blown. (And only $14!)

Wow, congratulations! That's a great feeling!! I haven't worn a pair of jeans in 15 years. My uniform is black pants........winter, spring, summer, and fall. Can't wait to be able to wear normal clothes like everyone else. I bet I have a pair of 16 jeans lurking somewhere in that closet!!! Congrats again!
Yay! Congrats! Before you know it you will be in a 12!

Awesome. So happy for you!!
I love wearing jeans, even when I was a size 32. In my losing phase, I always had one pair of Levi's and found them at thrift shops so I could justify buying a new size every month. I always had the next size down so that I was ready.
