Have your labs reported your B12 as low? You're only 6 weeks out, it could simply be dehydration if you're feeling dragged down. For that matter, I was so listless post-op, it was 6 weeks before I 'started' feeling better.

If you think you're B12 pill isn't working, get your B12 level checked. I don't feel energized when I take my B12 shot. If I was B12 deficient, then I would probably feel more energetic as my level increased. But one B12 shot doesn't increase one's B12 level that much. I think you're expecting a burst of energy that doesn't usually come from taking a vitamin supplement.
