B12 injections

Do they work? Because my pill b12 doesn't feel like it works. 

What is it supposed to feel like when it works? I do the dissolved pill but hate that its one more medication i have to remember daily so have been considering having them teach me to self administrator the injection.    

Well I guess if its "working" u feel more energized throughout the day don't get so tired after maybe 2 or 3 hours at work. 

I use to do injection but didn't feel any different so I don't do anymore

What does your lab work say?

Have your labs reported your B12 as low?  You're only 6 weeks out, it could simply be dehydration if you're feeling dragged down.  For that matter, I was so listless post-op, it was 6 weeks before I 'started' feeling better. 

If you think you're B12 pill isn't working, get your B12 level checked.  I don't feel energized when I take my B12 shot.  If I was B12 deficient, then I would probably feel more energetic as my level increased.  But one B12 shot doesn't increase one's B12 level that much.  I think you're expecting a burst of energy that doesn't usually come from taking a vitamin supplement.
