tickets & wigets trouble

I can not get my new weight to register on the graph or tickers & wigets thingys.  I have tried everything inc. logging out & back in, computer of & on, switching from Safari to Firefox, waiting several days & trying again.  I have tried over 40 times, various ways, at least.  Any ideas???

Anyway, lost 47.8 pounds with 19.2 yet to go to goal weight (130)....yaaaahooo

No clue on the widget issue but Congratulations on your progress!!!

I posted something the other day about this and the admins are aware of it and are currently trying to fix the problem, so hopefully it will be back up and running soon.  Congrats on your achievement!!  :)

thank you. I too tried everything. I even deleted my ticker and now I can't add a new one. Maybe they will get it fixed soon.

There are several threads going on about it - I tried helping tech support identify the problem with extra screen shots, etc. but they responded and said they can't reproduce it. 

They are using a Mac. I've been complaining for weeks to no avail.
