Of being in this stall I've been the same weight going on 2 weeks ready to see my numbers go down!! I can tell there's a difference, but I'm ready to see a different number. How did u overcome your first stall? I'm only a month and a half post op.

Stick to the plan and you'll reach your goal.  That's the only way to "break" a stall.

What GwenMo said. Stick to your plan.

Also, I created a list of NSVs before surgery so I would have something to focus on when the scale was acting particularly terrible. I wrote things like painting my toe nails without catching a muscle cramp, running a 5K, or wearing a pair of pants that I've held in my closet for YEARS!
