I am 4 weeks post op and I think I'm stalling now at 310, when I started my liquid pre-op diet I was 354. When was your surgery and how long post did the stall begin? Thanks in advance.
tomorrow I will be 6 weeks post op...I have not lost a lb in over 4 weeks! my NUT told me to try to get to 1000 and I surpassed that going to 1200 on several days in a row and that made me gain 2 lbs!!! I was so distraught! I am going to keep up with the calories as high as i can get them (no bread, no rice, no potatoes, just a few carbs and protein) but if i don't start losing I am going to call my surgeon! This is upsetting me!
Woo! I swear I've been stalled for all of October. What a pain in the butt!

I had my sleeve on 9/9 and I've been stalled for a few weeks now. I am getting around easier, and the clothes are getting bigger, but this week I gained a pound!! I keep telling myself that this is normal and I will start dropping again, but at the same time I am beating myself up and wondering if I should pretty much starve myself!! Such a frustrating feeling!
Hang in there, and may we all get through our stalls!!!
