I hope everyone is having a nice day :)  I'm counting down until my plastic surgery -- 10 days eeek :)

D: ! egg + 1/2 slice cheese.

E: Still recovering. Just trying to get normal activity back. I've been cleared to use the elliptical.

This was the plan.  I think dinner is just going to be grilled steaks and whatever vegetable I have in the fridge.  I had unexpected lab work today and I'm pretty drained.  

1: frankenshake
2: tuna pouch
3: indian grilled chicken skewers, creamy coconut eggplant curry

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 45:38 training for a total of 2.06 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 minutes yoga class
