Is this liquid multi adequate for VSG?
OK, I work in the technology field and can't figure out how to post a pic here on the forum :(
Can you tell me if this multi is adequate for VSG patients? The photos are here: http://www.obesityhelp.com/myoh/photos/action,organizeAlbum/albumId,181609/
PS...nor do I have the icon to post a usable link in my text editor, sorry.

We are supposed to take a multivitamin with 100% of most vitamins and minerals. There are 28 of those. Wellesse has 12. It's missing most minerals.
Sadly, when it comes to vitamins, nuts and surgeons don't always give us good recommendations. And they're not the ones who will pay the price with deficiencies 10 years down the road from taking incomplete supplements.

When I was immediately post-op, I used bariatric advantage for the multi, citrate, and b-12. I used Nutrigold for my d3.
These days, since I'm 7.5 months out, I'm mostly using regular pills that I swallow. Except the citrate, I still use the chewables from Bariatric Advantage since I love the Peanut Butter Chocolate ones.

If I needed to take a liquid vitamin, I would feel comfortable taking this one. It's got most everything. It's missing flouride and sodium, which is no big deal in my opinion, since those come in water, toothpaste, and food. It also doesn't have Niacin or Phosphorus, but those should be fairly easy to get through food.
So, like I said, I'd feel comfortable using this if I needed a liquid.
