Hi, I'm trying to get ready for first week after surgery. What is the best clear liquid protein shake to buy?  I'm drinking Atkins Chocolate and Premier Protein chocolate for the pre-op diet but don't know what to buy for that first week after surgery when it says clear liquids.

Lots of people love Isopure.  So that might be worth trying.

You can also try vitaminshoppe.com, the Isopure shakes have been a staple "food".  My husband used them religiously before surgery.  He was sleeved on 11/4 and I'm scheduled for 12/9. Good luck!

There's no reason that you can't start walking now when you start feeling antsy!  It's a great way to burn off energy.  :)

I only found 20 oz bottles of Isopure at GNC.  On Amazon I ordered 8 oz plastic bottles and they seem to be a lot more convenient.
