I really like the Premier Protein shakes. They sell Chocolate and Vanilla at Costco for the best price/ounce. I was on one meal a day, so I substituted breakfast and dinner. Haven't really found another shake that I like.

Best of luck to you!

My suggestion?  Drink liquids ;)

Don't worry too much if you feel miserable - most of us do for the first 3-4 days of liquids.  It really does get better and easier after that point!

Mine is on the 24th also.  I've been on the liquid diet for a week now.  The premier protein shakes are good.  I also like the Syntax fruity ones for a change of pace.  Also, I'm in love with the Unjury chicken soup!  Good luck to you.  I haven't found it very hard really.  But I'm weird!  LOL

Best advice I've heard yet! And stay active when you would generally be lazy may help you sleep better.
