Road trip snack ideas?

Hi all!  Long time no check in... but things are going great!  I'm happy, in control, on plan, and feeling amazing three months out.

I'm going on a road trip this weekend, and I'm planning sleeve friendly snack options for the car.  I'm bringing cheese sticks and fruits and veggies, but most of the other snacks I eat aren't so car friendly.  Any ideas for good/not messy/no spoon required snack options?

Thanks,

Ginnie

I love beef and turkey jerky treats and laughing cow cheese with celery sticks.  No mess and takes time to eat. I find "road hunger" is the worst to combat. I know you said no spoon but I also like taking sugar free pudding and adding protein powder to it.  Don't forget  RTD protein shakes.

Safe travels.

Lol, I rely on hard boiled eggs usually, but I'm riding with my newly pregnant sister in law who can't handle the smell.

Almonds are my go to snack.

I just drove 5 hours a day over the last 4 days home from Florida to have my final pre- ops. For me it was fruit slices, sugarless sucking candy and sip sip sip water.

Ribeye. Since you'll be in the car, get bone-in, not boneless. The bone gives you something to hold on to while you drive.

Steamed edamame, roasted chickpeas are a fav. Almonds and cheese sticks for sure. Protein shakes baggies with pre-scooped powder and a water bottle or RTD Ready to drinks... I like those Oh Yeah bottles Vanilla Cream is really yummy.

Safe travels!
