Stronger restriction some days than others?

I remember this from the lap band and now I occasionally notice it with the sleeve: some days the restriction is just stronger than others. Today is one of those days, and I'm fine with it! Anyone else notice that?

I don't get that so much as some foods make me feel more restriction than others.  Chicken, for example, hits my stomach much harder than steak.

I've seen others say that steak goes down easier than chicken.. I wonder why that is? maybe because steak doesn't need to be cooked as thoroughly? It worries me, I have a had time digesting steak.. maybe if I use a blade meat tenderizer on chicken it would make a difference.

My theory is that lots of people overcook chicken, so it tends to be dry, especially since it's much leaner to begin with.  I find that dark meat chicken is easier on my tummy and breast meat if it's cubed up and cooked in a sauce or in something like stir fry.  It's really just a matter of finding good cooking techniques that will keep it tender and moist.

this happens tome. Also,if I am ill or just don't feel good,my restriction is the tightest ever. I have to. Be very very careful not to get seriously dehydrated if I am ill.

That is the time to forget about food and protein and concentrate on.  Getting. The most liquids down as possible.

This happens to me too. Some days I could care less about food and the little I eat I feel full, but then other days I feel like I can eat a lot more and I am starving all day. Really weird. I notice when I exercise regularly it doesn't happen as much. Maybe its just a head thing?
