Dreaded Stall vent

I've been stuck these last two and a half weeks at the same weight. I know this happens but its still So frustrating. Been tracking everything and working out everyday making sure I drink enough water!  I know one week was during my period so I didn't expect a big loss, Just been maintaining. Its been 5 months and 19 days since I have had surgery and have been losing every week, till now. I really want to hit 100 lbs lost before I hit my 6 month mark. Its just frustrating knowing how much further i have to go and to hit stalls is just such a huge bump in the road to me. Anyways, just stressing and my vent over, this too shall pass.

I've been bouncing around the same two pounds for the past two weeks, and I'm so close to 199!!  Oh well.  I'll get there and it's not like this is a race :)

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

I've found my stalls are usually followed by a drop of more than I expected, so good things are probably right around the corner. And you may be losing inches as well! Two and a half weeks is a long one (and a morale killer!), but this too shall pass
