Today has been a craptastic day. My shoulder has been bothering me a LOT and I ended up going home after Tai Chi and just relaxing for the rest of the day - so I didn't do Pilates or my 5k training. I was whining to my partner about this and said that this is really the first day I haven't been able to do the exercise I wanted to do but then I thought, "wait. This is the first day I haven't been able to do the exercise I wanted!" How awesome is that? I ROCK. I've been at this for 8 months and haven't had a day like this so far. Woo :D Hopefully it'll be another 8 months before I have one again.
