Doing my best to get my protein numbers up -- think I'l have to invest in a dehydrator to make some homemade jerky.......  Don't want to have to rely on two protein shakes a day, I'm adding Greek yogurt.  Any suggestions for high protein snacks?  I don't want to "over-stuff my pouch by eating more steak.  I should probably eat more fish---I've got some halibut and salmon in the freezer.  My numbers are supposed to be:  Calories: under 800; Carbs:  under 40; Protein: 60.

I am surprised the rib eye isn't higher in protein, if you are able to eat chicken, turkey or tuna steak all of those are 25g protein for 3 oz.

Turkey pepperoni (Hormel) is 70 cal/4 fat/ 0 carbs & sugar, 9g protein per serving ( 17 pieces )

I've seen a few people post that they place the pepperoni between paper towels and nuke it for a crisp treat pepperoni chips.

You can make jerky at home in the oven oven jerky. Cottage cheese has 14g protein / 81 calories per 1/2 cup.

Sorry, not sure what you like .. these are some of the sites I bookmarked to try once I reach that point.

Good luck in finding something yummy :)
