I take Flintstones chewables with iron. They are super easy to chew and swallow. Take 1 in the am and 1 before bed.

Flinstones are super incomplete and not a good choice for us as far as vitamins go.  We're supposed to have a vitamin with 100% of most vitamins and minerals and flinstones are lacking almost 1/3 of those.

Based on everything I have read, I agree with you regarding the Flintstones and yet both my surgeon and my nut recommended them.  My surgeon said that he almost never sees deficiencies in people with the sleeve and so I could take pretty much any vitamin I want.  Not really happy with such conflicting information.

Your surgeon is not the one who will have to deal with deficiencies - you are.  I, personally, would go with the ASMBS recommendations.
