Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Thursday (do I dare ask?)
Happy Thanksgiving! Today was an awesome day for me. Probably for the first time ever in my life I exercised on Thanksgiving. I woke up at 7am to do it, and layered a lot since it was cold, but I achieved success. Yay!
I stuck to my plan for Thanksgiving dinner - 3 ounces of turkey and a bite of everything else. It was great and I felt completely satisfied on all levels.
1: frankenshake
2: 2 fried eggs, 1 piece of toast (YUM)
3: thanksgiving - turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, pumpkin bread
3.1: molten chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 2:04:31 5k training for a total of 5.6 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

I did awesome I must say, very satisfied and proud of myself. My mother and I made two types of tamales, pork with hot sauce and a dessert type with rasins, cinnamon, stuffed with quince jelly.
B: Scrambled eggs with ham
L: Pork in red sauce with a tad of Mexican rice and beans with ranchero cheese.

D: Grilled T-Bone steak ( about 2 ounces), steamed baby carrots with a hit of butter and salt, frijoles and rice. (Not much lol)
