Thanksgiving 2014
So I think I did amazing today! I had 2 thanksgivings to go to and I enjoyed both. First one was the buffet with my boyfriends grandma and moms family I grabbed a small plate instead of the big one and got some turkey and some sliced prime rib made to perfection with not even a tablespoon of sweet potato chunks. I didn't have anything breaded or bread natured I didn't even eat dessert. Thanksgiving number 2 was at my boyfriends dads house that one was about three or four hours after I had eaten the first time again I had ham and turkey a teaspoon of mashed sweet potatoes and a teaspoon of squash casserole and that was it I had my protein first and again skipped on dessert. I did however take a bite of my boyfriends moms homemade pumpkin chiffon filling only and a very small bite of khalua coffe cake. They were both pretty sweet I realized that I don't miss eating sweets. So yeah pretty happy with myself. And to top it off I lost a pound this morning!
