Hi all, I'm a little over a week post op, In lost 12lbs in a few days between the hospital and home and haven't lost an ounce since.  I had excessive hunger after 3 days which was  a downer but as I read up on it I found that it was excessive acid so I took care of that now it's much better.  I get all my protein in and fluids but I'm not going anywhere as far as more weight loss.  Any tips or tricks are welcome to get the weight loss going.

Thanks

The "trick" is to stick to your plan and not get bothered by stalls. They'll happen throughout the entire weight loss process!

12 lbs in one week means you're doing just fine. Weight fluctuates some day to day, so if you are weighing every day, you will have periods of significant loss and periods of seemingly no loss. Try to keep your perspective on the bigger picture. If you've gone a month with no loss, you might need to evaluate your plan, but if you've lost 12 lbs in a week, you're doing fantastic.
