I want to introduce myself and say how much I have enjoyed reading everyone's topics.  I'm learning a lot about what I will be experiencing soon.  I've recently been approved for the sleeve weight loss surgery. My surgery is scheduled for December 22 and I meet with the surgeon tomorrow for instructions on the pre-op diet.

Welcome and congratulations! Make sure to stick to preop diet as much as you can. It really makes a difference in size of liver. My surgeon said he did the sleeve on twins and one did the diet the other one didnt. The one who didnt the liver was fatty and slimy and was starting to crack he was very close to having to opening them up and their recovery took longer. So make sure to really do the diet, one step closer!
