Frisco- Chili Dog !!!

I was traveling last week and had to feed my crew. One day we were in transit from one location to another and I asked them what they wanted for lunch. The local guy mentions that there was a great hot dog place near by....... everyone agreed and I thought cool...... a $40 lunch instead of $150... lets do it !

I had a cup of chili which was pretty good ..... I proceeded to watch one of the guys eat 4 chili dogs with cheese and onions, French frys and a large Coke that came in a buttered popcorn size container......whatever.... dude is a little thick but fit and healthy, one of those "not fair" things......

I thought I would give it a try and step up the chili dog !

Dennison's Beanless can chili over a Chicken sausage on bed of cabbage topped with onions and cheese.

I am on week 5 soft food, but when I am able, this recipe is going to be at the top of my list! PS - I do have a Safeway near me, so I am going to try the Nature brand.

Looks yummy!

I like to add a few drops of yellow mustard to turkey chili. It tastes like a chili dog but without the dog.
