My recital went super well!  And I think I looked really cute - I got tons of compliments on my dress.

2: seared sesame tuna - rare sesame crusted ahi with a drizzled balsamic reduction & seaweed salad (and wasabi stuff)

exercise: 45 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain, 10 min beginner stretches for runners, 5 min guided relaxation)
