What would you order here?
Assuming I don't feel like crying in a corner after my voice recital tomorrow, I'll be eating here with my parents. What would you order from this menu?
I'm considering the tuna appetizer or a crab cake.

I wish I liked more shellfish! I'm better than I was 5 years ago, when I wouldn't eat any, but I'm still not a fan of most bivalves :(

You're going to be great!
o0o .. so many yummy things.
I love tuna steaks.. so either the seared sesame or blackened tuna sandwich, bypassing the bread or crab imperial skins
Have fun out there.. knock 'em dead! :)
That is, indeed, my recital dress! I think I'm more nervous/excited about how I'll look than my singing. Which is a first!

Good luck tomorrow! Post a video!
As for the menu, in maintenance mode I would go with the chicken cobb salad, dressing on the side, and eat the veggies last if at all. You could do the same with the caesar and add chicken or protein of your choice, hold the croutons. All that protein, yum yum yum. Typically when I do that, I end up dragging home half of it.
If you are in the mood to celebrate, the salmon might be nice, or the filet if you can handle beef (get the smallest one!). I do enjoy a nice petite steak when we are out somewhere special because we don't eat red meat a home. Remember small bites and eat slowly. Get non-starchy sides e.g. brussels sprouts or some kind of steamed veggie, but it usually doesn't matter because I can't eat them after the protein anyway.

I would go for the tuna appetizer, the seared scallops, or the seared tuna dish, minus the risotto with a veg substitute. The 7 oz filet looks good too. I would ask for the sauces to be left off or at least on the side.
I went out for dinner tonight for the first time since my surgeries. I ordered the seared scallops with veggie sides. Ate two of the five scallops with a couple of bites of the veggies. I will put some of the leftovers into an omelet for Sunday morning breakfast, and also have a couple of lunches as well.
