What a rush!
Hey sleevers, hope all is well.
Ive made a major discovery. I LOVE VEGGIES!
That's right, the greener the better.
I was having some low energy issues, had to try something, never was a veggie kinda guy.
I started with some cabbage, then worked my way up to some spinach, then the Brussels sprouts.
Wow, what a difference in my energy levels. Like day and night.
Adding some sprouts every day now and feeling almost normal again.
Still loosing over a pound a day, but not quite making the daily protein requirements. Close, and some days I do.
I think it's worth it, as my energy has increased 3 fold. Amazing if you think about it.
I hope if you suffer from low energy, you'll give veggies a try. Definitely work for me. Seems to help break stalls too.
