Hey All,

I thought it would be cool to share your Christmas menu. We are having a sleeve friendly, low carb meal (minus a couple items for the kids). I'll start

Standing Beef Rib Roast

Ham

Cauliflower Mash

Green Beans with Bacon

Mac and Cheese -for the kids.

Rolls- for the kids.

Merry Christmas, Everyone!

This is my first sleeved Christmas. Really didn't change the menu from what we usually have for Christmas dinner. I'm more worried about the wine than the food. My family likes their wine.

Appetizers: Shrimp ****tail & Crabmeat Pizza  Wine

Dinner : Salad   Beef Tenderloin/ horseradish sauce    Mashed Potatoes   Corn   Greenbeans    Dinner Rolls  Wine

Dessert: Graham Cracker Pie & Pumpkin Pie

I can identify with that. On Christmas Eve it will be 3 weeks.  I might cheat by putting real turkey into my Ninja and grind away.  Other than that mashed everything else. I can't forget to use my baby spoon either.

We are having:

Hot seafood dip and veggie tray

Beef wellington with green peppercorn sauce, some type of salmon (for the non-beef eating contingent)

roasted brussel sprouts

parmesan baked onions

potatoes of some kind

Whatever family brings for dessert

of course, I will be on day 3 of soft proteins so I will probably have some salmon and a bite of the onions (they are soooooo good)
