Today is the calm(ish) before the storm for me.  Lots of getting ready for vacation to my parents' place.  I can't wait!  Today is also the last day of certainty since all bets are off once I'm out of town. 

1: frankenshake
2: leftover taco/chicken salad
3: chili, rolls for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 75 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min beginner flexibility, 30 min intermediate flexibility, 15 min twist & align for back pain), 80 minutes physical therapy for shoulder/neck

I'm also worried about what the holidays are going to do to my routine. My family is ordering pizza and wings on Christmas eve at my grandmother's so she doesn't have to cook. What do you do in that scenario?!

I always carry some emergency supplies with me - beef jerky, tuna fish pouches, etc.  That way, in a situation like pizza and wings, I know I'll have something to eat.  And, when I'm at my parents' house, there is always CHEESE.  OMG.  I've never met people who stock so much cheese in their fridge.  :P

D: Stir fry chicken (first time post op, I'm nervious about it.

Aw, those Cheerios look good, but with only 7 grams of protein (and 40 of carbs!!) in 220 calories, they're not a part of my way of eating.  Sad times.

The NUT told me not to worry about carbs as long a protien was first but yeah, I'm just using them up. Looks like the Kashi Go Lean Crunch might be a better choice. Grape Nuts is about the same protein for less calories.
