7 Days Post-Op- feeling light headed

It would be my guess at 7 days it's probably hydration.
Fluids should be 64oz. Or more per day.

Did the light-headedness happen after you stood up? If it did, google orthostatic hypotension. It happens fairly often for a while when losing weight rapidly.

I was sleeved on 12/17 and have had that happen a couple times. Very uncomfortable. Mine was hydration and sugar. My mom is diabetic (I'm not) and came to check my sugar just incase. It was 70 which is a little low. I drank some watered down juice and was much better.
Not sure if this is your issue but, I thought I'd share.
