Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Saturday
Today is probably the day that I'll violate my way of eating more than any other day, simply because I plan to graze all day instead of eating at proper meal times. We'll see how that goes. We traditionally celebrate New Year's Day with grazing on appetizers. I was at the movies on the actual New Year's Day, so we postponed our celebration until today.
Stats
1: frankenshake
2-5: graze all day on appetizers - sausage balls, black bean hummus, beef nacho dip, spinach artichoke dip
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 45 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain, 15 min beginner stretches for runners)

I've been fighting my first cold since surgery so ive been really light on meals.
B: Chicken broth with garlic and ginger, green tea
S: Chike coffee shake (im not sure if it will happen, but im going to try to get the protein in)

S: quest bar is on the plan but im not sure it will happen
D: more soup with ginger and garlic
Vit: Taking them now
E: Ive done none, with a fever and not much of an appitie ive been keeping in bed. :( :( :( :( Maybe some yoga to stretch at least
Aw, crummy way to ring in the new year! So sorry to hear you're sick. I find that doing at least 15 minutes of basic yoga stretching a day keeps my body happier, but when I'm sick I don't want to do anything :P

Today was a very stressful day. Brought my best furry friends to the vet and didn't receive fantastic news. He is 18yo so I'm just enjoying my time with him. Unfortunately I spent my morning pretty upset :-(
I'm going out for a friend's birthday tonight. We're going to a casual restaurant for dinner, then Dave and Buster's for fun!
B: coffee and water
L: boneless chicken with cheese and fajita sauce

D: either chili, salad with chicken, or cheeseburger minus the bun at the restaurant. I'm leaving towards a cheeseburger!

V: need one more calcium and multivit
I'm sorry to hear about your furry friend. The ones I still have with me are also elderly and it's challenging. Hang in there and give him some hugs from me.

Struggling myself today. We slept until 915 (I am usually up at 6). I am sore from my workout yesterday, it is cold and rainy and bleh out. I have been sitting on the couch watching Drugs Inc all day.
