Hit Onederland
Hello Everyone,
Haven't posted in a bit with the holidays and all......hope everyone had a great one !! I was hoping to hit Onederland for the actual New Year but today was the day my body decided to do it and I'm just as happy today as I would have been on the 1st, what an awesome way to start the new year and of course I had to share it with all my WLS friends =)
Things have been going well for me...think I may have passed a kidney stone, not nearly as painful as my first experience with kidney stones, other than that all is good. At 9 weeks post op I have lost 37lbs since surgery day.
How are you all doing in this new year?
Woooo! Onderland is such a great milestone! Congratulations :) Kidney stones suck, though. I've passed a few since surgery. (But I'm prone to them, so that's life.)
I'm doing well this year, glad to be getting life back to normal after the holidays. My fitness classes are starting up this week and I'm adding them back one day at a time so I don't screw up my shoulder again. (I'm in my second month of physical therapy for it.)
