I put unjury chocolate splendor in my decaf coffee every morning it's a mocha delight! Lol

just have to make sure coffee is under 140 degrees or it will clump

Mix the powder with a lukewarm liquid first, just enough to form a slurry. That will make it mix better with hot liquid, or else it will clump.

That is a great idea. Everytime I tried to mix into hot liquids it has been an epic fail.

My favorite epic fail like this was when I tried to make Unjury Chicken Soup without a thermometer.  Chunky Chicken indeed...

As an FYI-- don't add fiber powder to cold water with protein powder and then microwave it....that is, unless your intent was to create an overflowing volcano of brown goo!

We add 1 scoop of chike coffee to regular coffee.  It tastes great.  It has caffeine and 1 gm sugar but it works fine for us.

I'm so glad you mentioned this.  I have been a Click girl and bought a canister of Chike this weekend.  I tried it Monday (by itself) and EW.  Too sweet (I got fat from french fries, not cookies!).  I didn't think about using it in coffee.  Thanks for the idea!

I made my first "protein coffee" today, and it was delicious.  I used 1/2 scoop GNC Power Maxx Vanilla, mixed into 1-1/2 tbl. liquid Coffeemate, mixed well, and added it to my coffee.  I'll have a second cup later on this afternoon so I'll get my full scoop in.

I should have tried this months ago, because sometimes a protein shake is just too sweet, and unappealing.
