Just keep following you plan.  Focus on protein and water.  Limit carbs and move everyday.  Our bodies are odd - they stick sometimes.  Just keep at it!

Your ticker says you have lost 100 pounds and you are at goal. Is it incorrect?

You are only 4 months out. You are not done.

No...I just noticed that...I went into fix and it said I weighed 2lbs....lol....I fixed it, but I think it takes time to update...I've lost 63...would like to lose 35 more...I guess I'm freaking out cuz I wanted to be in the 100's by my bday on 2/9...

Maybe you're in a stall or you unknowingly put yourself into maintenance. Have you've been sticking to your drs plan? If so, stick with it, sometimes you lose in inches, that won't show up on the scale.

How much calories are you consuming a day?

how much water do you drink a day?

Do you exercise?

at this point in the game, you may have to cut calories

And increase water and exercise....

then again...

it could be just a WICKED stall! I've had many...

I guess I need to start cutting calories...I increased my exercise last week...I find it hard to get in enough protein and water...I don't think I ever have met the goal...but it seems meeting the protein goal means to many calories and fat...feeling lost :(

Don't feel lost..

I'm over a year and a half out

and I still have to have a protein drink everyday

to meet my goals, a lot of us on here do..

it's just part of our regimen now..

Nicki,

Great job on your 63 pounds. I can't wait to get there too. Just had my surgery on Jan. 15. Listen to the vets because they know best. Love this site.
