Yay Monday... ugh.  The weather is totally crappy here, but not as crappy as it is to the north.  I'm hoping that my voice lesson doesn't get cancelled.  I had wanted to spend more time with yoga this morning, but I had to take my elderly cat to the vet yet again.  Sigh.  I hope we're getting things sorted out, but it's really difficult.

Today is Sofritos Day at Chipotle!  If you buy something with Sofritos today you get a coupon for a free thing to use in February.  Free Chipotle!  Sign me up :)

1: frankenshake
2: last of the baked potato soup?
3: chipotle sofritos bowl

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 45 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain, 15 min beginner relaxation)

How about you?

I have protein granola and put just a little in my shake to give it a crunch.

I live just north of Boston - we are getting a blizzard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Of course, today I have to work in the office that is an hour from home, not my normal office 7 minutes from home. Ugh!  Luckily I can bring home my laptop and work from home, unless they close the office (fingers crossed) and then I can just enjoy being home.

B:  steel cut oats with walnuts

S:  banana

L:  Salad with chick peas, olives, quinoa, tofu - (hate the salad bar at this facility - not tasting as great as it sounds)

D:  Leftover meatballs and 1 stuffed shell

S:  made pie from fresh berries yesterday : /   small slice

V:  at the other office, W:  yes, E - this office is ridiculous big, so I'm already at over 5K steps on the fitbit and haven't done any exercise.  The only upside of this building... it's big and parking lot is huge

It could be worse.  In Boston they are predicting 2+ feet of snow and blizzard conditions.  My hubby and I had a generator installed last summer.  I think we might get to test it today!  I'm cooking up a storm (pun intended, hehehe) today just in case.

I hope you are all keeping safe and warm in this stormy season.

Breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche - this is my favorite!

lunch - pesto chicken and sweet potato casserole

lunch2 - chicken with broccoli

dinner - pulled pork and broccoli slaw

vitamins - done

water - good
