My NUT gave me a few ideas for the purée stage but i was looking for more ideas. At first the sound of pureeing my food didn't sound great but now that I am on day 8 of 14 days liquid it is sounding better. I was sleeved on 1/19 and finally getting over the hump. Had a very rough start at first but am looking forward to months from now and having a new normal.

Here are the foods I ate during purees - https://www.myvsg.net/2-uncategorised/142-pureed-food-i-ate

I loved getting to pureed foods since it meant I could cook for my family and eat with them again!

You can puree *almost* anything; just keep it high protein.

Personally, I just finished a delicious pureed meal of curried chicken & veggie soup and for lunch I had pureed bean-less chili with added greek yogurt and shredded cheese.

Go wild.. puree what sounds good.. and take your time.
