Hello all just popping in to see how everyone is doing :D
I have plataued since November not gaining and not losing just hovering between 158 and 162. I've been been enjjoying the freedom that has come from shedding weight.

Hard to believe that our year surgiversary is coming up.
Sorry about the plateau. I assume it's a normal occurrence this time of year due to holiday indulgence.
