I've been lurking on this site since April of 2014. Got sleeved January 23, 2015 and so far things have been going well. Walking 4 miles a day, getting in all of my water and protein. The bloating from the CO2 is horrible. Off of my pain meds since yesterday.
I've been very impressed with the folks on this site and look forward to being a part of this community.
Welcome to the forums and congrats on your surgery! The walking should help with the gas but.. 4 miles a day should do it! Have you tried a hot pad? A lot of people find that gives relief.
