As of today, I'm five weeks post surgery.  Currently, I'm in the puree/soft stage and I've gotten board with shakes and applesauce.  Can some of you who are past this stage, please share some of your meals

I was big into scrambled eggs, refried beans and Eggface's Ricotta bake (so good!). I found like 4-5 things I liked and just repeated.

Ricotta is very high in protein.  You can add tomato sauce and cheese and microwave or bake for a wonderful lasagna goodness, or add SF pudding mix and a touch of milk for a sweet treat.
