It's certainly a good, solid foundation for an eating disorder.

Exactly my first thought!

To the OP, you are better off just saying NO to drugs.

From what I've read, a lot of people do this. I haven't tried it, but have considered it once or twice. If you limit it to this one time, fine - but it isn't a good habit to start.

A lot of people? Really? I've only seen a few who've done it, and I've read everything here for a long time.

It can lead to pretty serious problems, both physical and psychological.

I agree it could lead to problems I definitely won't be trying it again.

Over the last few months, I've read here, other forums & facebook groups - I've seen at least 25 people who've said they do it. It seemed like quite a few to me, but statistically it probably isn't a huge percentage of people who have a sleeve.

What Grim said!  Do you know what acidic tomato sauce would do to a one week old suture line.

I'm pretty sure I don't have to worry about acidic tomato like a said it was a very small piece like the size of a peanut it was jest for the taste buds but thanx for your reply

You wanted an answer to if this was cheating. In my opinion, there is no justification for this one week out.  If you can't wrap your head around this lifestyle and fast you will be justifying small bites of a lot more to satisfy the taste buds. You have an open wound inside of you. Please find your inner strength to be above the urges.
