Happy Wednesday everyone!  My vacation is more than half way over :(  I have been eating like a crazy person -- but constantly exercising (skiing & yoga) -- like 4-7 hours / day.  I was stressed that I might be gaining weight from the food, but I weighed myself at the gym today and everything was ok  -phew.

B - chike & eggwhite omelet

S - latte

L - bunless burger & 1/2 a cookie

S - latte, pistachios, bite of chicken finger

D - ?

E - skiing & yoga

W - on track

V - none all week...

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - enchilada casserole

Lunch2 - buffalo chicken casserole with wheat thins

Dinner - pulled pork and sweet potato casserole

vitamins - good

water - not great. 

exercise - recumbent bike

Still in PA.  Radiation 2 of 5 is finished.  I can't wait for Friday.

Disclaimer: My NUT says not to worry about carbs/calories/etc. during puree since our options are limited. That doesn't mean I will continue not to worry about them during the next stage.

 

B: 2 oz. cream of wheat with Splenda

L: 2 oz. hummus and a sprinkle of reduced fat feta

S: Chocolate premier protein shake

D: Egg with a bit of mustard and light miracle whip

S: Baked beans

S: Probably another egg mix, since I made two at a time

E: Walked 2 miles

V: On track

W: 67 oz. so far
