Happy hump day everyone! I am incredibly fatigued today. The combination of the starting early morning fitness classes this week and not sleeping well last night because of storms has me really low in the energy department. I have several appointments today so I'm crossing my fingers that I get a little more pep in my step soon.

B: 8 oz carbmaster chocolate milk pre-workout & protein shake post workout

B2: egg beater omelette w/ 1 tbsp protein powder and 1/4 c jalapeno cheese

L: P3 pack

D: probably 2 oz shredded Chicken salsa verde and 1 oz peas.

E: boot camp class this morning; 4 mile walk (my pace was NOT good today) and I have physical therapy later this morning

I'm home for two days before heading up to PA for my 20th high school reunion!  I'm spending the morning being lazy (laundry and catching up on some TV) and then I've got personal training and the first of two grocery shopping trips.  I'll be crazy busy for the end of today and all tomorrow.

My sleep study was postponed  until next week. Heavy Sigh. Glad its hump day

That time of the month is over so my cravings are gone and my bloating is subsiding.  I was feeling pretty crappy about gaining 2 lbs even though I knew why, so now those 2 lbs are almost gone and I'm happier.

B: scrambled egg with a little sausage, cheese and a jalapeno

L: mozzarella with proscuitto and basil and some wheat thins

D: I don't know!  I forgot to take something out and it is a busy night with a meeting and sports practices for both kids.  Probably going to be a chicken from the deli.

E: weights at lunch and toning exercises tonight.  Tomorrow morning I'm going to go swimming!  It is my exercise of choice, but it is so time consuming I haven't gone at all in over 2 years.  I'm hoping I can consistently start swimming as soon as school is out.
