Hello! I'm about 3 weeks pre-op and I'm trying to find an app to keep up with my progress. Does anyone have suggestions? Thank you in advance.

MyFitnessPal is the best for tracking food.  It also tracks weight...good luck to you!

5'5" 64 year old; HW 219; SW 199; CW 129; GW 145ish (original)...now on to "ideal" (138)...got that...now a few spare (132)...got that one, too! Now for the 120's!! Made them...now for the "dream" weight...125! Well, that one's proving to be a little tougher!

I've been using Lose It! for ages on my phone.  So awesome to see the weight loss graph!  Also, if you use a FitBit and/or the FitBit Aria scale, they have an app that will sync your weight every time you weigh.  :D

If you want to track your weight loss progress, with some nice graphs, and a prediction about where your future weight loss will take you, check out TrendWeight.

If anyone is looking for a great app for starting out with exercise couch to 5 is great!  I started using it and it's so doable and really let's you ease into getting into shape. Figured it would be great for people who just had surgery for when it's time to start exercising again.
