I was wondering what is the best way to track or log what you eat?  What is the best app?

MyFitness pal works great. It will scan items via your phone camera and will input the information for you.

Thanks, it even tracks just a few oz's that we are going to be eating?

Although I consider myself very tech savvy, I prefer written food logs. I just find I'm more accountable physically writing down everything vs. using an app. Just do whatever makes sense for you!

I like the barcode scanner of myfitnesspal. Sometimes I just search for the food on the computer and sometimes I use the barcode scanner on my smart phone to scan the food and the nutrition info comes up.  Love it.
