I have my check up with my surgeon today and the old mentality of don't eat a thing until you have gotten weighed has crept in... I don't know why, I am way below his goal - just an old knee jerk reaction, I guess

B:  tried a vitalicious egg sandwich...ate a few bites and threw it out.  It wasn't bad, just wasn't good so why waste the calories

S:  a few sips of a delicious iced coffee and dropped and spilled it, wah wah wah, a few bites of my husband's danish (hey, don't go there!)

L:  IDK, maybe a yogurt or chicken chow mein

D:  leftover meatballs and thin spaghetti (probably only a few bites)

S:  skinny cow ice cream sandwich

E:  hoping to walk

V:  not yet

F:  behind.... i def drink more at the office than working at home

Weight:  very active lately, 5 lbs below goal as of this morning!

L: Turkey Italian Sausage + peppers

S: Stuffed sweet mini peppers

D: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

S: Sugar Free Popsicle

E - Bad storms tonight so treadmill and resistance bands

Back from the hospital after having the tests the surgeon ordered. Now I just get to wait a couple of days for the report. I am not really expecting anything from the tests which means at least I'm not anxious while I'm waiting.

B: Protein Bar after the hospital. I don't think 32 oz of the contrast counts as breakfast :)

S: 8 oz carb master chocolate mile and protein shake (pre/post workout)

L: Morningstar veggie burger and 2 oz raspberries

D: TBD. I am going to go pull something out of the freezer in a moment.

W&V: Vitamins have started but behind on water due to the tests this a.m.

E: Leaving shortly to go walk 5 miles.

L- Morningstar griller with a cheddar twist cheese stick and a mini babybel -- Cheesy!

S- Light & Fit Greek yogurt - toasted coconut flavor

D- leftover taco meat with shredded Mexican cheese -- Hmmm, better re-think this and may skip the cheese tonight

S- sugar free fudgesicle or two -- then I have to stop, no more munching at night.  I am ready to drop some more pounds but have been sabotaging myself at night.

E- walking towards my 10,000 steps, will try to go to Zumba
