Weight threshold reached ... ugh

I have hit 175 this morning.  Boo!  My original high weight threshold was 185, then I dropped it to 180 and then 175.  I hit that this morning -- no surprise w/ the fried green tomatoes, frogs legs, fried cheesecase, funnel cake and fried candy bars all of which I have sampled in the last week.

I guess it is time to shut that stuff down :(  oh boo.

Better to catch this at 2 lbs than 5 or 50.

Good for you for honoring your threshold.  I'm back on my austerity plan as well, though my only wanderings have been wheat thins and humus, and the high calories from the cream cheese in the buffalo chicken dish I make.  I've been having trouble sleeping and I end up eating an extra meal at 3AM just to calm myself.  Hopefully this too will pass. Hopefully soon.

Keep up the good work.

Way to stay on top of things Stacy!  This maintenance thing is a bear isn't it?  I'm in the same boat, trying to keep the numbers in line.  It's scary how easily the pounds can creep back on if we don't nip it in the bud.  Onward with our lifetime of bud-nipping (geez, that sounds dirty somehow - lol)!
