Very, very, very common. And it sucks, I know. Search the forums for "constipation" and you'll see you are in good company. When it's bad for me, I take a normal dose of Miralax and give it a day. It's the safest option out there per my doctor.

I found that a 1/2 dose of Miralax every day does the trick for me.  But if I miss a dose, I'll know it!  I've just resolved that I will probably need to do this long term as I've been in maintenance for 6 months and nothing has changed.  I'm curious if others have gotten past the need for this.

Haven't had issues with constipation...yet...it's been the other stuff.

Prunes! Two every night. I've tried Miralax, but it upset my gut for weeks. Prunes do the job without the upset. Only 20 calories each.
