Natural Calm (powdered Magnesium)

I don't know if anyone has tried this, but I've been taking it at night before bed.  It helps me sleep and helped me 100% with bm's.  I would not go for days and no amount of fiber, exercise and water would help.  It is a bit "fizzy" I guess, not like carbonated, but sort of.  Hard to describe.  Do you think that with VSG you could still take it?

Wasn't sure if anyone tried it or knew what it was.

Thanks!

I think I saw that when I was looking for magnesium.  I opted to just get powdered magnesium citrate and I add it to my breakfast shake every day.

Karen, this is good stuff! Magnesium is VERY good and it does help to promote a restful sleep and its also good for constipation, fatigue, headaches, stress, anxiety, muscle cramps and aches and pains. I give this to my daughter who suffers from anxiety and it works great. Christine
