This might be my last whatcha eating post for a while since college starts tomorrow.  Eek!  I suspect that my OH involvement will be one of the casualties.  (Which I'm sure will make some of you cheer!)  :D

For my last day of freedom, I'm planning on having lunch out with P, going to the podiatrist, and getting tomorrow's coq au vin prepped.  Fun and excitement.

1: frankenshake
2: bibimbap, I hope
3: roasted chicken with creamed shallots and baconzucchini, bacon, tomato and feta salad

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 2-3 mile walk, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

How about you?

Very hectic day for me today (14 hours at internship) so I'm eating very small meals more often since I have so many clients.

1. protein shake.

2. 1/2 a power crunch bar to quell horrid sweet tooth from the past week (froze the other half for next week)

3. light greek yogurt (1/2c)

4. 1/2c cottage cheese with a dash of cinnamon

5. white bean chicken chili (mostly chicken and few beans) (1/2c)

If I need it: #6 is another protein shake and a skim string cheese.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

L: Sauteed chicken gizzards with onion

D: Not sure yet! Either chili and collard greens OR chicken-crust pizza

Water: I have been really, really bad with my water recently due to having a sore throat. Today I am trying to get back on track because I really feel like my weight loss has suffered this week due to this.

Pizza using ground chicken as crust! Insanely protein-packed! One of my favorite recipes to make. Here's a link:

I don't think 5 Doritoes is bad.  Good for you for stopping at 5.
