Genepro does not alter the consistency of whatever you put it into and 1 tablespoon = 30g. protein/98 cals/0 fat/1 carb. Not too shabby and I'm in heaven. So glad my doc (Dr. Li) told me about it at my one month visit on Wednesday . . . . .
