After not being able to weigh in due to a surgery, this morning I was able to and finally hit onederland @ 196.4. I am a slow loser but this past month I lost 5 lbs being non weight bearing. After struggling with my emotions after my knee surgery this is what I needed. Can't wait for physical therapy to start and keep going on my journey.

Congratulations on reaching this goal. I see you are more than 1/2 way to your goal weight despite having knee surgery. I hope you are both proud and happy.
