Weight loss stall after surgery

My VSG surgery was Oct 7th and I lost 24 lbs in the first 4 weeks. Then, it just stopped, not going up, not going down, just stuck. Did anyone else experience this?

Hi Sheshe63

Congratulations on your surgery!  This is normal and happens.  Use the search feature to the left of your user name (blue bar) and search the subject and you will see all the posts of others that had the same thing happen. You are not alone and it will start moving again.  Make sure to track your measurements and take photos.  A number on the scale is not the only tool for success

Regards,

Kathy
