I am on Auto-Ship for Patch MD, but have not received my recent shipment and I will be going away on a trip next week. I take the Multi Vitamin Plus. Can anyone recommend an over the counter vitamin to see me through? Thanks!

You should be just fine with something like a Centrum multi-vitamin, or the drugstore generic version. You'll want to double-check the label (or call your surgeon's office to double-check), but those should hold you over :)

How long is your trip? A few days or a week is no big deal. You don't become deficient overnight.

2 weeks and thought I had a packet of patches. I should have checked earlier but I have been so busy!

Agree. Centrum orange chewable. My doc has been cool with me taking them. You are supposed to take at least twice a day.

I like chewables, so this will work well.  And thanks for letting me know how often!

I take flinstones complete chewables.. They were recommend by my nutritionist. Have to be careful with the one a days like Centrium because they don't have Iron in them. At least that was what I was told. Just check your labels and make sure that it has all the things on it that you need.

The centrum vitamins have 8g iron.  You will need to add calcium, 1500/day (I use the caramel flavor chews) and b12 (I was using sublingual, but got a prescription for weekly shots bc energy will be problematic with little caloric intake esp when adding exercise).
